This has been on my mind for a while, and is one of the reasons I HATE talking to certain kinds of people. Yes. I'm Canadian. Yes. I'm extremely proud of my heritage and history. No. I don't have that accent you expected. No. I don't live in an igloo. No. I don't say "aboot" or "eh". Oh, it's not that I'm a bad sport. It's that after the 700th "OH, HEY WHAT'S CANADIA LIKE DURR HURR HURRR!" ...I start to want to make you swallow your teeth. You might want to watch what comes out of your mouth. Because it can come off offensively, and still be considered racist. Comments disabled because I don't want to get into a discussion over my personal feelings and beliefs. I have my pride, and I'm allowed to express these things. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
